Meet Christina

Hi, I’m Christina, a holistic health practitioner, homeopath and antenatal educator.

I am also more importantly a mama to two cheeky children.

Like many complementary therapists I first found my way into the natural wellness world after battling my own ill health. For much of my teenage life I was plagued my depression and anxiety. Antidepressants only helped on the surface but in my twenties I started to look at various complementary therapies. I was really drawn to homeopathy and went to see a homeopath primarily for painful periods and chronic cystitis. After three months of treatment my periods were better, the cystitis gone and I felt that my depression had genuinely lifted. I also started to exercise and take better care of myself, learning how to have a healthier lifestyle. This was truly life-changing!

Birth and Baby Geek

When I was pregnant with my son I looked up everything! I did all the classes, I read all the books and watched videos (apparently something I enjoyed to do when I was aged four, waiting for my sister to be born!). It was one of the best times of my life, the start of an exciting journey. But I also know that it can be a very difficult time too and I am passionate about trying to make this time the best we are able to in our unique situations.

Women’s Health

I know how real life gets in the way when we are trying to improve the wellbeing of both themselves and our families. Modern life means that we are very busy and it’s difficult to do the things we know we ought to do in order to feel better. I believe in making small changes, which in the long term will make big changes to how you feel. I work with you so that you can become empowered about your health and achieve more focus, calm, energy and happiness in your life.
