Holistic antenatal class with mindfulness and movement preparing you for labour, physically, mentally and emotionally.

Decrease anxiety, promote sleep, improve circulation, increase energy and prepare yourself physically, mentally and emotionally for birth.

Each class begins with a focus on breath-work, moving onto a flowing pregnancy yoga inspired sequence and discussions on birth, ending with visualisation. relaxation and birth affirmations.

This class is for you if you want to prepare for a positive birth using breath-work, relaxation and active birth.

Suitable from 20 weeks to birth. For mums-to-be only

Small group of no more than four women, giving you a safe space each week to relax and prepare. Classes take place in Enfield EN2 on Tuesday evenings at 6.00-7.30pm.

Classes are booked in six week terms £80.
