Each class begins with a focus on breath-work, moving onto a flowing pregnancy yoga inspired sequence and discussions on birth, ending with visualisation. relaxation and birth affirmations.
This class is for you if you want to prepare for a positive birth using breath-work, relaxation and active birth.

Small group of no more than four women, giving you a safe space each week to relax and prepare. Classes take place at my home in Enfield EN2 on Tuesday evenings at 6.00-7.30pm and Sunday mornings at 10.30-12.00.
£84 for a six week term
