Prenatal yoga with breathing, meditation and hypnobirthing techniques to help you to prepare for birth, bringing positivity and confidence. Yoga will help you to stay fit, healthy and flexible and ease pregnancy discomforts such as heartburn, constipation, fatigue and backache. Meditation and visualisation help you to achieve a deep state of relaxation.

Each week we begin with breath-work, moving onto a sequence of flowing yoga postures for pregnancy and end with a relaxing meditation. Classes are friendly and relaxed and designed for you to form friendships with other women, giving a social circle and support.

Suitable from 14 weeks to full term. No prior experience needed. Classes are booked in blocks of 6 weeks but are designed to carry you through from early pregnancy right up until the baby’s birthing day.

Wear clothes that you’re able to easily move in, and bring a blanket for padding and a pillow for your relaxation.
